Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the workshop
You can cancel your booking or change it to another available date free of charge. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund.

7 days to 24 hours before the workshop
You can cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund. You can also request to change your booking to another available date.

Less than 24 hours before the workshop
Cancellations are non-refundable.

If you need to change your booking less than 24 hours before the workshop, we can offer a date change for a 50% change fee, calculated from the original ticket price, subject to availability.

No-shows
If you do not attend your booked workshop and have not contacted us beforehand, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

If we need to cancel or reschedule
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option to transfer your booking to another date or receive a full refund.
